What exactly am I buying?
You’re purchasing high-resolution digital art files available for instant download after payment. Think of it like buying a digital poster — except you get to print it yourself, whenever and however you prefer.
What formats do the files come in?
All artworks are delivered as high-resolution PNGs, suitable for printing at home or through a professional print shop. Files are provided in a ZIP folder for easy access after download.
What sizes can I print these at?
Each file is created at high resolution and can typically be printed anywhere from 8"x10" up to 16"x20" or larger without loss of quality. Every product listing includes recommended sizes based on aspect ratio.
Can I print these at home?
Absolutely. All files are designed to be printable from home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service. Print wherever works best for you.
How do I download my files?
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link on the confirmation page and via email.
Each artwork includes a ZIP file containing common aspect ratios (2x3, 3x4, 4x5 and 11x14 for some.)
Customers are allowed up to 5 download attempts, so it’s recommended to save your files to your computer or cloud storage right away.

Can I get a refund if I don't like it?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file is delivered, it can't be returned. That said, if there's a technical issue or a file is corrupted, Ibex Prints will gladly work with you to resolve it.
Can I use these for my business or sell prints?
No. All digital downloads are for personal use only — home décor, gifts, and personal projects are welcome.

Can I request custom sizes or modifications?
Ibex Prints is currently focused on its core collection, but we’re always open to ideas. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to get in touch — we’d love to hear from you.
Do you offer physical prints?
Not at the moment. Ibex Prints is currently dedicated to offering high-quality digital downloads — but physical editions may be explored in the future.
